My mother and father were in great hands. The office manager Karen was very kind and professional. She tended to the needs of the patients. As it is always difficult for our elders to realize that they are older and require certain necessities. Karen made them comfortable and at ease. She worked with them step by step and explained the entire process. Dr. Rose was very caring, she was humble and professional. She too explained the entire process step by step. My parents had nothing to fear or not understand.
