Dr. Vardush Rose Keshishyan received her Master’s degree in Audiology from California State University, Los Angeles and her Doctorate degree from Arizona School of Health Sciences. She also graduated a Medical School in Yerevan, Armenia. She’s been practicing in the field of Audiology for nearly 20 years. Dr. Rose is passionate about making a change in her patients’ lives by helping them to hear better.
Prior to starting her own practice, Dr. Keshishyan worked in various clinical settings, hospitals, non profit organizations and private practices. Her goal is to improve each patient’s quality of life by providing the best clinical experience through extensive diagnostic assessment, personalized treatment plan and regular follow up care. Dr. Keshishyan is licensed in the state of California as a dispensing audiologist. She is a member of the American Academy of Audiology. Dr. Keshishyan speaks Armenian, Russian and conversational Spanish.

Dr. Jane Shakyan is an audiologist licensed to practice in the state of California. She received her Doctorate degree in Audiology from California State University, Los Angeles as part of the inaugural cohort. She served in the CSULA Student Academy of Audiology board for two semesters as the PR Director. She is a member of the American Academy of Audiology.

Dr. Shakyan has worked in a variety of clinical settings such as hospitals, private practice, and ENT offices. She has experience working with all patient populations in many areas, including diagnostics, hearing aids, assessment and treatment of vestibular disorders, and pediatric testing. Dr. Shakyan’s goal is to have a positive impact in all her patients’ lives by provide high-quality services for their hearing and balance issues. She is passionate about improving their quality of life with thorough assessments, personalized treatment plans, and extensive follow-up care.

Dr. Shakyan is fluent in Armenian and speaks conversational Spanish. She is a SoCal native and has served patients all throughout the LA and OC areas.

Karine Arutunyan has been working in the medical field since 1989- beginning as a medical assistant for an ENT specialist. She worked side by side with knowledgeable and respected doctors for twelve years. In 2001, Karine began working at a hearing test center for four years. In 2005, she joined American Hearing & Balance’s sixth location for ten years and continued doing what she loved by taking care of patients, as she would her own family. In March of 2016, Karine started a new role as an office manager and physician representative for Enhance Audiology. She has devoted 28 years in medical field with a focus on audiology. Karine Arutunyan continues working everyday with this quote in mind: “Start each day with a smile and grateful heart.”

Ia Brown began her career in the hearing healthcare industry in 2004. She obtained her BA in Communication Disorders in June 2006. Ia has held a National Board Certification for Hearing Instrument Sciences (NBC-HIS) since May 2007. Ia Brown strives to uphold a standard of excellence in hearing healthcare for the consumer by providing her best strategic care for each individual patient.

Ia is a natural people person and genuinely takes the time to get to know her patients. She believes in considering the whole
person beyond hearing instruments as part of her evaluations. She understands the importance of communication for her patients and works to help them overcome the most difficult listening situations. Family is very important to Ia. She is mom to a daughter in graduate school. Ia loves to travel, enjoys fashion, the arts, and baking.

Flora Abgaryan obtained her undergraduate degree from the University of California, Los Angeles with a major in Psychology, while pursuing a pre-health track, and minoring in Armenian Studies. Flora joined Enhance Audiology as a medical assistant; inspired by the passion and dedication Dr. Rose demonstrates toward her patients, Flora hopes to follow in the same career path.

Suzy Tashchyan received her bachelors degree from the Armenian State University of National Economics, where she double- majored in Economics and Accounting. Suzy earned over 23 years of experience in the medical field, working as a biller and customer service representative. Due to the precision and meticulous nature of billing; Suzy acquired the position as Medical Biller at Enhance Audiology.
